Delivery Terms and Conditions   

The best place to drop your load of mulch is in your driveway.  The driveway is the default drop off location and WILL be used if other drop locations are not specified.

  Some locations allow Mulch Loads to be dropped on the street outside of your residence if desired.  Please check with your area representatives to ensure this is an option.  Mulch Load will place your Mulch Load on your property wherever you choose.  However, not all locations can be reached due to accessibility of the desired location. 

**** We encourage zoomed in satellite property image (via maps) drop a pin on desired Mulch Load drop location.  (If drop is not in driveway or street).   Screenshot your pin on maps reply to our email confirmation with the image. 

Terms of Service  99.9% of Mulch Loads should not stain and will clean up with a normal hose off after being scooped clean.  Mulch Load is not responsible for ANY staining or discoloration of drop off locations in driveways or otherwise.

Refund Policy   We stand behind delivering quality mulch and OMRI organic compost.  We use our products ourselves on our own gardens.   Refunds are available.   Please email anytime.
